Delta Community Supports, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Electronic Health Record (EHR) Administrator to support the management and functionality of our electronic health record system, Evolv. This individual must possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of data privacy and compliance, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of confidential health information while assisting with system updates, user training, and documentation. The position also supports organizational compliance with applicable health data regulations and internal procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to implement and maintain the EHR system.
  • Ensures system performance, reliability, and data integrity through regular updates and troubleshooting.
  • Supports and trains users including clinical, administrative, and support staff.
  • Develops user documentation and facilitates effective system utilization.
  • Maintains data security and compliance with regulations such as HIPAA.
  • Conducts audits and resolves data quality issues.
  • Stays current with EHR technology trends and recommends system enhancements.
  • Coordinates with vendors and IT teams to manage system upgrades with minimal disruption.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams to integrate the EHR system into organizational workflows.
  • Communicates updates and feedback between users and EHR vendors.


  • Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proficient with Microsoft SQL Database Administration.
  • Previous experience working with electronic health record systems, preferably in an administrative or support role.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in EHR software and related applications.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, and their implications for EHR system management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for system optimization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide user support and training.
