Jr. Account Manager for I.T. Services:

$5,000/month+ depending on level (see below) and ambition

Level-2 Tech Manager (requires intermediate IT skills and experience)

Applicants must possess:

• strong people skills
• college degree or equivalent

Applicants must be familiar with:

• Windows 10-11 and Mac OS
• PC Hardware, RAID arrays, etc.
• Security Software, Malware Removal, NGAV
• Basic networking, TCP/IP, encryption, mesh networking, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage IT services, ensuring business continuity and technical support for a variety of industry clients
• Oversee computer networking and server management/maintenance
• Contribute to desktop/'help desk' support and supervise junior staff in troubleshooting day-to-day issues
• Maintain documentation, logs, and reports
