Citizenship & Clearance Requirements:
- US Citizenship is required; candidate must be able to pass a federal background check and obtain a public trust clearance.

Primary Role:
The Master Enterprise Architect position will be in support of a federal client, with the goal of providing technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. and establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
You will direct and control activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads and manages EA tasks and deliverables across the full lifecycle of EA support: baseline development; target development; transition planning; implementation and segment architecture; EA governance; EA program management; EA communications; and EA tool use and management.
- Leads small teams in conducting advanced modeling and analytics within and across select architectural layers or views for large, complex organizations: strategy; business operations; data; applications, systems, and services; technology; and security.
- Applies appropriate EA methodologies, frameworks, and approaches to address NSF strategic, program and technology objectives and drive EA toward business results.
- Facilitates stakeholder work sessions focused on making enterprise-wide decisions that balance and prioritize competing interests of individual NSF stakeholder groups.
- Communicates the value and relevance of EA to senior NSF business executives, program officials, and other stakeholders. Provide support and direction for multi-annual OMB Submissions
- Work alongside C-Level employees to roadmap and apply appropriate EA methodologies, frameworks, and approaches to address strategic, program and technology objectives and drive EA toward business results
Experience
· Minimum 9 years of relevant hands-on technical experience in an Agile/DevOps enterprise environment.
· Experience leading and managing a team of SME’s/Architects
· Demonstrable senior-level expertise in the following disciplines: Cloud Services and Solutions; Database Administration and Development; Analytical Sciences; Information Technology Governance; Information Security; Information Technology Resource Management; Business Case Development; Business Process Design; Strategic Planning; and Business Functions.
Education & Certifications
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
