Systems Administrator Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure VxRail clusters by collaborating with the field and network teams.
• Apply patches and system updates to existing VxRail environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues including opening and managing support tickets with Dell, performing detailed remote diagnostics, etc.
• Coordinate service visits with field teams.
• General system administration tasks.
• Ensure high levels of reliability and performance across all assigned systems

Systems Administrator Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with, deploying, and managing Dell VxRail infrastructure.
• Strong working knowledge of system administration, virtualization, storage, and networking fundamentals
• Experience working directly with Dell support for issue resolution
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, particularly in a remote setting
• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration
• Prior experience with hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI).
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote diagnostic tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
