<Responsibilities>

  • Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive CRM solutions utilizing platforms such as Pegasystems and integrating with various APIs for enhanced functionality.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of CRM systems within an agile SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), ensuring high-quality delivery through DevOps practices like CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and scripting languages such as Bash or Shell Scripting.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to manage system administration tasks across operating systems including Windows, Linux, and VMware environments like ESXi and VMware vSphere.
  • Implement and maintain system security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, DNS management, and information security standards to safeguard customer data.
  • Optimize system performance through load balancing techniques, RAID controller configurations, and effective system architecture planning involving microservices, Kubernetes, AWS cloud services (such as Azure), and virtualization technologies.
  • Develop comprehensive API integrations using RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange between CRM platforms and other enterprise systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and NoSQL databases such as Cassandra or MongoDB.
  • Monitor network infrastructure components including DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP protocols, and ensure reliable connectivity via computer networking best practices.
  • Support system troubleshooting by leveraging expertise in solution architecture to resolve complex issues related to operating systems, system design, or infrastructure components swiftly.

<Experience>

  • Proven experience in managing enterprise CRM platforms with a focus on solution architecture using tools like Pegasystems or similar BPM (Business Process Management) solutions.
  • Strong background in IT infrastructure management encompassing RAID controllers, load balancing strategies, virtualization (VMware ESXi), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
  • Extensive knowledge of system administration across multiple operating systems including Windows Server environments and Linux distributions.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash (Unix shell), PowerShell for automation tasks within DevOps pipelines.
  • Familiarity with database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle PL/SQL; understanding of RESTful APIs for integration purposes.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies coupled with SDLC best practices to deliver scalable solutions efficiently.
