Job Description:

As a Commercial Cleaning/Janitorial Technician on our Evening Shift, your work will play a key role in ensuring that our clients' commercial properties (offices, medical facilities, public spaces, etc.) are clean, sanitary, and welcoming. You'll be using professional cleaning equipment and applying your skills and attention to detail to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Ability to frequently lift up to 35 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid car insurance
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug test
• Willingness to undergo a background check

Bonus Experience:

• Advanced floor care and maintenance.
• Floor scrubbing and buffing.
• Swing machines and/or full-size, walk-behind scrubber machines.
• Hard surface/tile and grout cleaning, stripping, and waxing.
• Carpet extraction and shampooing.
• Machine maintenance and repair.
