Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of network infrastructure, cloud services, and vendor management. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to supervise a team of IT professionals while managing relationships with external vendors.

Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring that all systems are functioning effectively and efficiently.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure service delivery meets company standards and requirements.
• Lead the design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure, including local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
• Administer Windows Server environments and manage virtualization technologies such as VMware.
• Implement and manage cloud solutions using AWS to enhance operational capabilities.
• Supervise IT staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster professional development.
• Ensure the security of the organization's IT systems by implementing best practices in network engineering and computer networking.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
• Collaborate with other departments to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Experience

• Proven experience in an IT management role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management practices and experience working with various technology providers.
• Proficiency in VMware, Windows Server administration, AWS cloud services, IIS management, and network engineering principles.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical staff and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
