Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders according to operational standards
- Operate warehouse management systems and scanning technology
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe storage and work areas
- Handle fragile, sensitive, and high-value items with care
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality goals
- Suggest improvements to optimize workflow and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to variable workloads
- Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or shipping experience is a plus but not required
