About the Company:
We are a high-growth, venture-backed medical device company based in Dallas, TX, transforming the health and wellness space through a patented Class II FDA-registered product and a cutting-edge digital platform. With nearly $100M in revenue to date and a strong DTC presence, we’re scaling rapidly across e-commerce, marketplace, and B2B channels. Our culture is fast-paced, mission-driven, and unapologetically high-performance. All roles are full-time and in-office at our Dallas headquarters.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a strategic and detail-obsessed UX/UI Designer to lead user experience and interface design across all digital touchpoints—including our Shopify e-commerce store, mobile and desktop customer journeys, and our proprietary member dashboard. This role works cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering to optimize conversion, elevate brand presentation, and create seamless, data-driven experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the UX/UI strategy for all digital properties
  • Design high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
  • Partner with developers to bring designs to life on Shopify and custom-built platforms
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
  • Identify and eliminate friction in the customer journey to improve retention and LTV
  • Ensure brand consistency while advancing the visual identity of digital experiences
  • Translate business goals into best-in-class UX solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on UX/UI trends, CRO strategies, and accessibility best practices

Requirements:

  • 3–6+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in e-commerce, DTC, or consumer health
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
  • Strong grasp of responsive design and mobile-first UX principles
  • Comfortable working closely with front-end developers
  • Familiarity with Shopify (experience with high-volume stores is a plus)
  • Data-informed approach, with experience using heatmaps, A/B testing tools, and analytics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office team environment

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience designing member portals, dashboards, or subscription-based UX
  • Background in medical device, healthtech, or regulated industries
  • Understanding of FDA UX compliance considerations
  • Skills in motion design or micro-interactions

Why Join Us:

  • Join a disruptive, mission-driven brand redefining the medical device category
  • Competitive salary, full benefits, and bonus opportunities
  • High-impact role with autonomy and clear ownership
  • Work with an elite, focused team at a pivotal growth stage
