Role Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Systems Administrator to support and enhance our organization’s technology infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in managing computer networks, servers, user devices, applications and modern identity platforms, ensuring seamless IT operations across our environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain desktop and mobile device management (MDM) systems for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices;

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of physical and virtual servers;

• Manage user access, provisioning, and single sign-on (SSO) across various cloud platforms;

• Ensure network availability, performance, and security across local and cloud-based environments;

• Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalated technical issues;

• Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and configurations;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SaaS platforms and integrations;

• Automate tasks and improve workflows using scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash); and

• Assist in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems or network administration.

• Demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following platforms:

  • Google Workspace

  • Microsoft Office 365

  • Slack

  • Zoom

  • Rippling

  • Okta

  • Meraki

  • Ubiquiti

  • Genea

  • Verkada

  • Wisenet Wave or other VMS platforms

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)

  • Microsoft Azure

• Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Fleet, Kandji, Jamf, Intune, Mosyle, or similar).

• Hands-on experience with SSO and identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Google IAM, etc.).

• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across hardware, software, and network layers.

• Familiarity with IT security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a hybrid or fully remote workforce.

• Knowledge of ITIL practices and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice).

• Familiarity with automation platforms or infrastructure-as-code tools.
