Spanish Speaking ROTA Nanny - Brookhaven, Georgia

Children: One 12 month old

Compensation: $100-140k. Competitive comp is negotiable and based on experience. Position includes paid vacations and holidays, sick/personal days, health insurance stipend.

Start Date: Can hire immediately but flexible to the nanny’s availability. The family are looking for a long-term commitment.

Schedule: This rotational position will be 1 week on / 1 week off and requires flexibility for international travel.

Household Dynamic: This is a fully staffed home and the nanny will be working with another rotational nanny.

The ideal nanny for this household is a team player who works well with others and enjoys a busy schedule. This family values their staff and is looking for someone who truly loves working with children and wants a long-term position. The household vibe is professional and always on the go, so flexibility is key. The nanny will have full charge when on duty, including packing for trips, transporting the child to activities, and managing daily routines. Since the position involves frequent travel, the nanny should be comfortable working in different areas and will be flown back home during off-time. Someone who knows how to pack efficiently and can adapt to quick changes is essential. The right candidate will take direction easily, work well under a superior without needing micromanagement, and understand how to contribute - or when to step back - in a team environment. If you can take charge when needed, go with the flow when required, and have a solid understanding of infant and toddler milestones, this family would love to meet you! Requirements:

• Have a thorough understanding of childhood milestones and know the basic requirements of a professional nanny including food safety, general hygiene, age-appropriate activities, first-aid/safety/emergency procedure.
• Ability to travel for at least a week at a time, sometimes with shorter notice.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 3 years professional childcare experience.
• Ability to swim
• Prior ROTA experience is NOT required.
• 100% Fluent Spanish and English speaking are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
