Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide outstanding Customer Service
• Answer multi-phone
• Accurately process incoming and out-going garments with attention to detail
• Promote a positive customer experience with every visit by maintaining a clean, and welcoming environment
• Resolve issues a customer may have about a garment or order.

• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Possess patience and empathy
• Enjoy working in a fun, fast paced work environment
• Customer Service / Cash handling experience is not required, but it is preferred
