You'll lead a close-knit, skilled team and take ownership of daily IT operations, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project execution. This isn't a "behind the curtain" role. The Opportunity

In this role, you'll report to the VP of IT and manage a team of up to four direct reports spanning Helpdesk, Systems Administration, and Communications Infrastructure. You'll blend technical expertise with people leadership to ensure that our technology environment is secure, efficient, and responsive.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems as much as coaching people-someone who can guide their team while staying actively involved in the work. Our systems support 130 employees and over 70,000 members who rely on us 24/7, and we're constantly looking for ways to improve security and efficiency. You'll help shape and drive the technology strategies that make that possible.


Who We're Looking For

You're an experienced IT leader with a strong technical foundation. You've spent several years managing systems and people in an on-premise environment-ideally within a regulated industry like finance or healthcare. You understand the importance of compliance, security, and uptime, but you're also excited by innovation and finding ways to do things better.

You lead with clarity and respect, setting expectations and giving feedback in a way that motivates. You're confident making decisions, managing projects, and partnering across departments to align IT solutions with business needs.


You'll bring:

  • 3–5+ years managing IT operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with Citrix, VMware, networking, and security protocols
  • A service-first mindset with a clear sense of accountability and purpose
  • The ability to both lead and learn-because continuous improvement is part of how we work
  • A degree in information systems or a related field is helpful, but not required if you bring equivalent experience
