We are currently a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is capable of both hands-on design work and strategic consulting.

Role Overview:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will lead the user experience and visual design for a range of client and internal projects. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life—focusing on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. This role is hybrid, requiring you to be on-site 4 days per week with 1 day remote.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and translate findings into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, and product leads to define product vision and UX strategy.
• Design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces for web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Deliver design systems, component libraries, and developer-ready assets.
• Participate in design reviews and provide expert feedback on UX best practices.
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally with experience in consulting or multiple agency environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web and mobile app design (iOS/Android).
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design/prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and design systems.
• Experience working alongside software development teams in agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills—able to present and justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus: Familiarity with basic front-end understanding, familiarity with motion graphics, prototyping animations, or video-editing tools for short-form content is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
