Job Description:
The IT Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining FSC’s full technology ecosystem—including Azure, domain controllers, Dell hardware, Autodesk Civil 3D, ESRI ArcGIS Pro, and all network infrastructure. This position plays a key role in keeping our teams connected, our data secure, and our systems optimized for performance.
This role blends hands-on IT administration with strategic systems management. You’ll work directly with leadership to anticipate needs, implement upgrades, support field personnel, and maintain the integrity of FSC’s digital operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
IT Systems & Infrastructure
- Manage Microsoft Azure AD, Office 365, Windows Server, and domain controllers
- Oversee company internet, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and network security
- Configure and maintain Dell workstations, laptops, and network hardware
- Maintain backups, cybersecurity protocols, and disaster recovery systems
- Perform periodic system audits, updates, and safety saves of company drives
- Manage software licensing, renewals, and vendor coordination
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues company-wide
CAD & GIS Management
- Administer and support Autodesk Civil 3D and CAD environments
- Manage GIS databases using ESRI ArcGIS Pro and ArcMap
- Gather, organize, and update GIS data collected from field GPS systems
- Ensure all plotters, printers, and scanners are properly networked and operational
Administration & Support
- Set up new employees (email accounts, devices, ID badges, workstation assignments, etc.)
- Create and maintain user guides, training manuals, and IT documentation
- Maintain inventory of spare peripherals (batteries, keyboards, ink cartridges, etc.)
- Manage website hosting, basic updates, and coordination with external web providers
- Manage door lock systems, schedules, and card access
- Contact software and hardware vendors for technical support as needed
- Conduct weekly and monthly system maintenance and backups
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of IT administration and/or CAD/GIS management experience in a technical or engineering environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of Azure, domain management, and Dell hardware
- Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D and ESRI ArcGIS Pro
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, and networking
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general business software
- Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities and supporting field operations

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
