Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions within a dynamic IT environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system architecture, cloud security, and software development, with a focus on delivering scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise applications. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations with external systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other web services.
• Develop and maintain scalable solutions leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and modern frameworks such as React and Express.
• Architect and implement robust system design for Salesforce platforms integrating with diverse IT infrastructure components like AWS, Azure, and on-premises systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop solution architecture, and implement best practices in system hardening, vulnerability management, and security protocols.
• Manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines utilizing tools such as Jenkins and Git to ensure efficient release cycles.
• Oversee system administration tasks including managing firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and network security measures like load balancing and firewall configurations.
• Conduct system analysis for performance tuning, troubleshooting issues related to system architecture, load balancing, or network security.
• Stay current with emerging technologies such as Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and advanced cybersecurity practices to recommend improvements.

Skills

• Extensive experience with Salesforce platform development including custom app creation, integrations, and automation.
• Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture, and designing scalable enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, and frameworks like Ruby on Rails or .NET.
• Deep knowledge of database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud-based databases like Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) along with virtualization technologies such as VMware or ESXi.
• Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and containerization concepts for deploying microservices architectures.
• Expertise in network security protocols including VPNs, firewalls, DNS management, system hardening, vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence, and information security best practices.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile, DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to system design, debugging in various programming environments (Java, C++, Shell Scripting).
