Job Description
Solü is currently seeking a highly skilled Oracle Retail & ERP Applications Lead (Integration & Testing) to oversee integration, testing, and support across Oracle Retail Cloud, ERP Cloud, and MFCS. This role is ideal for a professional with deep retail cloud experience and a strong track record in application architecture, configuration, and large-scale testing/patching. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, provide technical and functional guidance, and help ensure seamless integration between retail operations and financial systems.


Responsibilities
  • Lead integrations between Oracle Retail Cloud, ERP Cloud, MFCS, and CFIN, supporting retail merchandising, sales audit, and inventory operations.
  • Manage support team tasks, knowledge transfer, and capacity planning.
  • Plan, oversee, and recommend strategies for large-scale patching and testing cycles, including monthly, quarterly, and semiannual Oracle updates.
  • Review, recommend, and implement configuration/setup changes to optimize Oracle Retail applications.
  • Analyze Retail Stock Ledger and Finance integration issues, recommending corrective actions for posting errors and payment processes.
  • Serve as a consultant on application architecture and integration best practices, ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with production support teams to troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Retail suite issues (MFCS, IMCS, SACS, SIOCS).
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, application setups, and security role changes.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Cloud, MFCS, IMCS, and related retail applications.
  • Strong understanding of retail merchandising, inventory operations, and sales audit processes.
  • Proven track record leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
  • Experience with Oracle patching cycles, testing strategies, and application configuration.
  • Finance/accounting knowledge to support integration with Retail Stock Ledger and Financial systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
