Join a collaborative and forward-thinking IT team where you will play a key role in delivering reliable technology solutions and business outcomes. As a DevOps Engineer, you will design, implement, and support enterprise-level systems, cloud platforms, and automation solutions that streamline software delivery and infrastructure operations. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, leads technical initiatives, mentors junior staff, and promotes continuous improvement in system reliability and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve tools, workflows, and automation supporting cloud platforms, source control, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and monitoring.
  • Develop automation scripts and code to improve build, release, and operational processes.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps toolsets.
  • Maintain source control standards, including branching strategies and quality control practices.
  • Implement, configure, maintain, and monitor cloud platform services including application hosting, monitoring, automation services, data integration services, serverless workloads, secret management, container orchestration, database services, and traffic management.
  • Automate provisioning and maintenance of cloud infrastructure using scripting and infrastructure-as-code templates.
  • Analyze and optimize cloud resource utilization and cost efficiency.

Operations & Support

  • Provide advanced technical support for infrastructure and application-related issues.
  • Monitor and maintain deployment tools and automation pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents efficiently.
  • Support auditing and reporting processes related to system deployments.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as required.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance

  • Assist in infrastructure strategy, capacity planning, and technology roadmap development.
  • Research and recommend emerging tools and technologies.
  • Create and maintain system and process documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Stay current with evolving technologies through professional development and industry research.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, or similar engineering roles.
  • Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Advanced scripting and automation skills.
  • Experience with modern source control platforms and branching strategies.
  • 3+ years working with cloud-based platform services.
  • Experience supporting server environments, database systems, web services, and scheduled automation tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Industry cloud or DevOps certifications are preferred.
  • Minimal travel may be required

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
