Fresh Mark is hosting an in-person Hiring Event to fill immediate openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift at our Salem facility. Join us for same-day interviews and the opportunity to receive an on-the-spot job offer!

Now Hiring:

• Production Line Workers
• Sanitation Team Members

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 5:45 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Note: Our production schedule runs Monday through Saturday.

What to Expect:

• Competitive pay: $15.00–$21.90/hour (based on shift & experience)
• Quarterly raises (up to $1.95/hr in your first year)
• $400 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days
• Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off
