Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and talented Freelance Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, possess a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles, and be proficient in industry-standard design software. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs across various platforms, helping to elevate our brand and communicate our message effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of visual assets, including: marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations, banners), digital assets (website graphics, social media content, email templates, banner ads, video editing), branding materials (logos, style guided, brand guidelines), infographics and data visualizations, packaging design, print advertisements and layouts.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all channels.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively and iteratively.
• Stay up-to -date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and efficiency.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Archive and organize design files and assets efficiently.
• Collaborate with external vendors for print production or specialized design needs.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience without a degree).
• Three or more years of professional graphic design experience.
• A strong online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and an understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with other design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Canva is a plus.
• Solid understanding of print production processes, file preparation, and color management.
• Knowledge of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and responsive design is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience with animation or video editing software (e.g., After effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms or content management systems.
• Photography skills.
