Hansen Talent Group is hiring an IT Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day IT operations for an organization based in Columbia, SC. This role leads infrastructure, data center operations, end-user support, cybersecurity, and compliance, and requires a hands-on, proactive operations leader.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily IT operations to ensure stability, performance, and compliance

• Manage infrastructure including hyperconverged systems, VMware, networking, storage, and telephony

• Lead data center operations, backup and recovery, and business continuity efforts

• Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams environments

• Lead and develop the end-user support team and service management processes

• Monitor cybersecurity threats, conduct vulnerability assessments, and support SOC1/SOC2 compliance

• Establish metrics and KPIs to manage performance and operational effectiveness

• Partner with leadership and vendors on IT projects, upgrades, and budgeting

What You’ll Need

• IT Operations management experience

• Hands-on experience with hyperconverged infrastructure, VMware, backup/recovery, and Microsoft 365

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, compliance, and IT policies

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
