We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to own end-to-end EDI operations and integrations across strategic customers, carriers, and service providers. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable data flow between SAP S/4HANA, WMS/3PL systems, and external trading partners while leading daily EDI operations, partner onboarding, compliance, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage EDI operations for core transactions (850, 855, 856, 810, 812, 846, 820) and ensure partner compliance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI/interface issues; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee partner onboarding, including specifications review, mapping, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Coordinate SAP (IDoc/EDI) and WMS/3PL integrations with accurate field-level mapping aligned to business processes.
• Define monitoring protocols, alerts, SLAs, and maintain runbooks and incident documentation.
• Support Finance and Supply Chain teams with 3-way match requirements, dispute workflows, and credit processes.
• Manage external EDI/VAN and integration vendors, including escalations, performance tracking, and cost control.
• Oversee outsourced IT vendors and manage IT-related budgets.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and mentor support resources to ensure operational continuity.

Technical Environment:

• EDI Standards: ANSI X12 (required); EDIFACT/XML/JSON (preferred)
• Connectivity: AS2, SFTP/FTPS, HTTPS APIs, encryption and certificate management
• SAP S/4HANA (SD/LE, billing, IDoc processing and error handling)
• WMS/3PL integrations (ASN, inventory reporting, POD/status flows)
• Integration tools such as Liaison and SAP ABAP

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of EDI/B2B integration experience, including mapping, testing, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of X12 standards, segment-level mapping, and partner implementation guides.
• Experience supporting order-to-cash processes in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IDoc enablement and billing impacts on 810/812 transactions.
• Experience with major retailer/distributor compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across IT, business teams, and external partners.

Preferred:

• Bilingual (Korean/English)
• Prior leadership or project ownership experience

Additional Details:

• Standard office hours with occasional off-hours support for critical incidents or cutovers.
• Office-based role with occasional travel as needed.
• Must handle sensitive business data in compliance with privacy and security policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
