Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess experience and a strong mechanical knowledge for running a Rotary Die Cutter in a Corrugated Sheet plant. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Operator will be responsible for producing high-quality corrugated boxes on 2 Rotary Die Cutters while adhering to safety standards and operational protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines for optimal performance, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to warehouse standards.

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in a corrugated manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to read work orders and print layouts
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
