We’re hiring a Salesforce Data Cloud Expert for a hybrid role based in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a global enterprise organization focused on innovation and data-driven transformation.

In this role, you’ll join the Data Engineering and CRM Integration team to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data flows between Salesforce platforms and Snowflake. You’ll play a key role in enabling unified customer profiles and AI-powered personalization in a collaborative and forward-thinking culture.

Salesforce Data Cloud Expert Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement real-time data ingestion pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Unify data from FSC, SFMC, and third-party sources to build 360° customer profiles.

• Enable Einstein AI for next-best-action recommendations and dynamic scripting.

• Design and manage Snowflake ZeroETL connectors for seamless data flow.

• Create calculated insights and dataviews to support dashboards and reporting.

• Apply SQL normalization techniques and data governance best practices.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for data exchange between Salesforce and Snowflake.

• Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient data transmission using modern integration patterns.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Cloud, Analytics, and Engineering teams to align data strategies.

• Support campaign execution and audience segmentation using real-time data triggers.

Salesforce Data Cloud Expert Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platforms (FSC, SFMC, Data Cloud).

• Strong proficiency in Snowflake, including ZeroETL, SQL, and data modeling.

• Hands-on experience with API development (REST, JSON, OAuth).

• Familiarity with Salesforce Connectors and Marketing Cloud Journeys.

• Knowledge of data governance, MDM, and audit compliance frameworks.

• Experience with Einstein AI, Agentforce Console, and dynamic scripting (preferred).

• Background in financial services or other regulated industries (preferred).

• Salesforce certifications (Data Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer, Marketing Cloud Developer) strongly preferred.

• Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks is a plus.
