Job description

Must have STORIS experience
System Maintenance & Configuration
· Configure and maintain Storis ERP environment (on-prem or cloud).
· Manage software updates, patches, backups, and performance tuning.
· Maintain system parameters including security roles, workstation setups, and user preferences.
User & Security Administration
· Create, modify, and deactivate users and roles.
· Set up permissions and role-based access controls.
· Implement and monitor login audit trails and compliance protocols.
Support & Troubleshooting
· Act as Tier 2/3 support for system issues escalated from helpdesk or business users.
· Troubleshoot hardware/peripheral issues (e.g., POS, printers, scanners).
· Collaborate with Storis support team for resolution of software bugs or critical failures.
Integration & Automation Management
· Oversee integrations with eCommerce (e.g., Shopify, Magento), payment systems (e.g., Shift4, Adyen), and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
· Configure or monitor webhooks, APIs, and middleware for automated workflows.
Reporting & Data Integrity
· Manage custom report generation using Storis reporting tools.
· Perform data validation, cleanup, and routine audits for accuracy.
· Ensure consistent item, pricing, vendor, and customer master data.
Project & Change Management
· Participate in new module implementations, upgrades, or system migrations.
· Test system changes in sandbox environments before production release.
· Document configurations, SOPs, and workflows.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
