Position Overview

TIX4 is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Developer to help build the next generation of AI-powered ticket commerce. This role will focus on designing and deploying AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making, task execution, and workflow orchestration across our ticketing ecosystem.

As an Agentic AI Developer, you will build intelligent systems that automate key functions such as ticket discovery, pricing insights, booth sales support, customer service automation, marketing optimization, and supplier integrations.

You will work closely with the CTO, product team, and sales operations to develop AI-driven tools that enhance both digital ticket sales and on-the-ground ticket booth operations on the Las Vegas Strip.

This is a unique opportunity to build AI-native infrastructure for the future of live entertainment ticket distribution.

Key ResponsibilitiesAgentic AI System Development

• Design and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of executing multi-step workflows
• Build multi-agent architectures that interact with ticket inventory, pricing, and event databases
• Develop AI systems capable of planning, reasoning, and executing transactional workflows

AI-Powered Ticket Commerce

Develop intelligent systems that assist customers and sales staff with:

• Event discovery
• Ticket recommendations
• Upselling experiences and add-ons
• Seat selection optimization
• Automated ticket purchase flows

AI agents will support both:

• Online ticket sales
• TIX4 ticket booth sales operations

Operational Automation

Build AI agents that assist internal teams by automating:

• Supplier inventory monitoring
• Price optimization recommendations
• Marketing campaign deployment
• Sales analytics and forecasting
• Customer service support

Data Integration & Infrastructure

• Integrate AI agents with ticketing APIs, supplier inventory feeds, CRM systems, and payment platforms
• Build RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines for event knowledge and ticket inventory data
• Develop AI systems that operate using real-time inventory and demand signals

AI Safety & Performance

• Implement guardrails for fraud detection, bot mitigation, and transaction safety
• Monitor AI system performance and cost efficiency
• Develop evaluation frameworks for AI agent reliability and accuracy

Required Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in:

• Computer Science
• Artificial Intelligence
• Machine Learning
• Software Engineering

or equivalent professional experience

Core Technical Skills

Strong experience with:

• Python
• LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
• OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini APIs
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• RAG architecture
• Prompt engineering and evaluation pipelines

Backend & Infrastructure

Experience with:

• RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Docker / Kubernetes
• Event-driven systems

Preferred experience with:

• Redis
• Kafka
• GraphQL

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building agentic AI systems in production environments
• Experience with e-commerce, ticketing platforms, or marketplace systems
• Knowledge of dynamic pricing models
• Experience integrating payment and transaction systems
• Background in AI safety, prompt injection defense, and guardrails

Within the first 12 months you will:
