ZINTEX Remodeling is one of the fastest growing shower/bathroom remodeling groups in the United States.

Due to this growth we are looking for an experienced Salesforce/Systems Administrator to join our team ASAP.

Position Overview:

As the Salesforce/Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily administration, support, and optimization of the ZINTEX Salesforce platform along with Integrated tools. You will work closely with the call center, sales, operations, and customer service teams to streamline workflow, enhance the customer experience, and maximize system performance. You will play a key role in maintaining Salesforce Field Service (FS) integrations with telephony tools, call center applications, and third-party sales tools, ensuring our teams can operate efficiently across high-volume home remodeling projects.

The ideal candidate is someone with a sound understanding of how to deploy Salesforce solutions across an entire organization, along with experience managing integrated VoIP telephony solutions supporting several different user groups and processes for a high volume construction business. They are skilled in Service Cloud or Field Service (FS), have supported field team scheduling tools, and have integrated telephony systems like Regal Voice with Salesforce to streamline customer interactions. This candidate is a problem solver, thrives in fast-paced settings, and is passionate about optimizing processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. They are collaborative, enjoy cross-functional work, and have a knack for training teams on best practices. In this role, you will work directly with the Business Operations team along with all the other Business Owners of processes in the company.

We are looking for a certified Senior Admin who is comfortable with the core functionality of Salesforce, including:

  • Administer, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce platforms, with a focus on scalability to support high-volume operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce’s object and data model, with the ability to speak to the standard use-cases for all standard sales objects.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of Field Service (FS) to manage field technician scheduling, dispatch, and resource management.
  • Administer telephony tool (e.g., Regal Voice, RingCentral, New Voice Media, or similar) and support integration with Salesforce to enable seamless customer interactions and track communication.
  • Experience with third-party field sales tools (e.g., Leap, Spotio, TaskSalesLoft, HubSpot, or other CRM add-ons) to enhance lead management, sales automation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure Salesforce is tailored to meet the needs of the business.
  • Can build and maintain Salesforce Flows, and can support the business with best practices.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring teams are proficient in using Salesforce and integrated tools.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to drive business insights and improve operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Salesforce and integrated systems in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, making recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
  • Lead data migration efforts as needed for system upgrades or new tool integrations.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud with preferred experience on Field Service (FS), including scheduling, dispatching, and resource management for field operations.
  • Required experience integrating Salesforce with telephony tools such as Regal Voice, RingCentral, Five9, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with third-party sales tools such as Groove, HubSpot, or other CRM extensions.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Field Service Consultant, Platform App Builder) preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large datasets and optimize Salesforce for high-volume operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and train end-users on Salesforce best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
