Job description
Senior Data Scientist
The Senior Data Scientist will lead the development of scalable machine learning models and mentor junior data scientists. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, working on differential privacy projects, and collaborating with stakeholders on data-driven strategies. Candidates should have 6-10 years of experience, expertise in machine learning, proficiency in Python, cloud computing, and big data tools. Preferred experience includes differential privacy techniques and advanced model development with tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with executives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development and deployment of advanced data science solutions.
- Architect and build complex machine learning models, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Mentor junior data scientists and oversee project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Engage in differential privacy and disclosure avoidance projects to protect sensitive data, especially in large public datasets(Senior Data Scientist).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven strategies and solutions.
Develop and optimize algorithms for differential privacy and statistical modeling.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in data science or related roles.
- Expertise in machine learning, AI, and advanced statistical techniques.
- Experience working with big data architectures using tools like PySpark and AWS EMR Clusters(Senior Data Scientist).
- Proficiency in Python and Linux, with experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong communication skills to convey insights and recommendations to C-suite executives.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with differential privacy techniques or related statistical methodologies(Senior Data Scientist).
- Advanced experience with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn for model development.
Strong experience managing SDLC and working with tools like GitHub.
