Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and user-focused Chatbot Tester to evaluate, debug, and enhance AI-powered conversational systems. As chatbots become central to customer service, sales, and personal assistance, this role ensures that AI interactions are accurate, natural, and engaging.

- Test chatbot interactions for accuracy, clarity, tone, and conversational flow.
- Identify and report issues such as incorrect responses, awkward phrasing, dead ends, or inconsistent behavior.
- Simulate diverse user scenarios to uncover edge cases and usability challenges.
- Document findings and provide structured feedback to developers and AI trainers.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to refine chatbot behavior and improve user experience.
- Ensure chatbot responses are on-brand, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
- Track recurring issues and contribute to training data improvements.
- Stay informed on conversational AI trends and UX best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to spot inconsistencies and usability issues.
- Familiarity with AI chatbots, NLP, or conversational platforms is a plus.
- Background in quality assurance, customer service, UX, or content review is beneficial.
- Patience and persistence in running repeated test scenarios.
- Curiosity about AI systems and a willingness to learn emerging tools and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
