0. Expectations

We look for people with a track record of building. If you shipped a product with 100k+ downloads, created an open source project with 10k+ stars/downloads, or made $100k+, you get fast-tracked.

1. Initial chat

Instead of a recruiter, one of the engineers on the team will have a chat with you. We prefer to grab a coffee in Palo Alto.

2. Personality assessment

We'll send you a personality assessment to understand you better. This is the one we use.

3. Take-home challenge

We'll send you a short take home challenge that typically takes 60-90 minutes to complete.

4. On-site interview

You'll be invited onsite to meet the team and complete the second half of the take home.

5. Offer

We pay top of market. Salary range for technical roles are $300 - $700k+ and equity.

We'll give you an offer you'll be happy with.
