Job description
Busy restaurant & catering hall located on Golf Course looking for Line Cook/Prep Cook to join the team and support the kitchen. Looking to hire immediately. Please submit resume if interested.
Line Cook/ Prep Cook Responsibilities:
- Operate food production machinery based on instructions.
- Carefully follows standard recipes set by Management
- Assist in plating food
- Heavy Prep Work
- Some Grilling
- Keeps work area & equipment clean and sanitary.

- Requirements:
- Previous cooking experience required. (Specifically in Banquets/Catering/ Deli Experience Preferred)
- Commitment to New York State Local Health & Sanitation Laws
- Must have Positive attitude and ability to handle a fast paced environment
- Must speak English - Ability to communicate in Spanish is a Plus.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and Stand for extended periods of time.
