Azure DevOps Engineer

OtterSoft has an open position, 1099 contracted or Full Time (W2). We are looking for a senior level Azure DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our team. This role will support the rollout of a new scalable Azure cloud infrastructure. Working under the supervision of the Software Development Manager, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Terraform, YAML, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Design, code, debug, and unit test software products.
• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate with other departments for specification, design, code, and test reviews.
• Identify and solve software-related problems.
• Contribute to enhancing software development processes.
• Analyze and improve existing programs.
• Create and present technical findings, solutions, and demos.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Terraform and YAML.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Azure API Management Platform experience.
• C#/.Net programming.
• Object-Oriented Design and Web API Development (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with SQL Server Development.
• Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on professional experience with Azure Development.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

• 1099 contract

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
