Job description
About Us
At LyveCom, we’re rewriting the rules of e-commerce. Born in 2019, we were first to market in Video Commerce, pioneering the infrastructure that turns static product pages into dynamic, shoppable video hubs. Our technology powers Reels, Livestreams, and TikTok-style content directly on merchants’ websites, with a video engine built for one thing: conversion.
We partner with the most innovative DTC and enterprise brands worldwide, equipping them with a powerful suite of tools to drive engagement and revenue through video.
Our ecosystem includes:
- A best-in-class commerce-optimized video player
- An AI UGC Suite for scriptwriting and on-brand video generation
- A powerful merchant dashboard to track, measure, and optimize performance
We only build what matters. If it doesn’t drive growth for our merchants, it doesn’t ship. Our pace is fast, our culture is sharp, and our product mindset is aggressive.
In 2025, we were acquired by Verb Technology (NASDAQ: VERB). Now, we operate with the agility of a startup and the reach of a public company. This is your chance to help shape the backend infrastructure of the next era in commerce.
About the Role
We’re looking for a DevOps engineer who’s obsessed with performance, scale, and monitoring. You’ll work on the engine behind our video commerce platform—building the systems that make real-time video interaction, analytics, and merchant tools possible.
What You’ll Do
- Optimize current infrastructure
- Provide valid and reliable build scripts (golang, python, bash - no matter what, we are looking for automation and scaling, not for technology stack)
- Ensure high availability and performance of backend services
- Collaborate with front-end, product, and AI teams to deploy new features
- Work with GCP as our primary cloud provider
- Help shape DevOps best practices and performance benchmarks across the team
What You Bring
- 5+ years of production experience with DevOps
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, preferably GKE
- Infrastructure as Code experience
- Proficiency in monitoring stacks
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the Shopify Ecosystem
- Experience with Python, Node.js, or GoLang
- Prior experience in a startup or product-led environment
Why LyveCom
- You’ll build backend infrastructure for some of the most innovative brands in e-commerce
- You’ll move fast and ship real product in a high-autonomy, high-impact role
- You’ll be joining a team that prioritizes merchant success, not just features
- You’ll work at a NASDAQ-listed public company that builds like a startup
