Your tasks may include:
- Activities of daily living including rising, transferring, toileting, showering/bathing, shaving, and dressing
- Mobility including walking safely with or without assistive devices and completing exercise programs
- Medication reminders
- Household chores including meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, and taking out the trash
- Creative companionship activities such as playing cards, playing/singing along to music, sitting outside on nice days, playing board games, memory-strengthening games
- Other Care Plan activities as directed
