Job Overview
Impound Clerk Wanted for A Toe Truck. As an Impound Clerk, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps our tow truck operation running smoothly! You'll handle vehicle releases, property releases, and agency contracts with precision and care. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our customers get their vehicles back in a timely manner, and our business partners are satisfied with our services.

Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle releases, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Manage Property releases, coordinating with customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Administer agency contracts, maintaining accurate records and communicating with partners.
• Provide top-notch customer service, answering questions and resolving issues with a smile.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, drivers, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as customer service, administration, or logistics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and able to multi-task.
• Familiarity with towing and impound operations is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
