POSITION SUMMARY
The Development Department Coordinator and Database Administrator performs the critical role of maintaining and managing data input, data integrity and accuracy of the Maryknoll Sisters CRM system for Development goals and needs. Working closely with the Director, he/she is responsible for the performance, integrity and security of the Maryknoll Sister’s Donor Database. This position will also be involved with the planning and development of the Database as it grows, as well as troubleshooting issues on behalf of other users. He/she will also perform office duties, assignments, and responsibilities required by the Development Director. The person in this position works in collaboration with all Development Department personnel to facilitate communication with and for the Development Department.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum of (5) years experience working as an administrative assistant preferred. Knowledge of computers and word processing programs.
Computer savvy and proficient in all Microsoft Suite programs and Adobe Acrobat.
MINIMUM FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree.
