Pingman Tools is on a mission to improve the way people interact around internet connectivity issues. We’re the people behind PingPlotter, the internet’s favorite way to communicate the source of network issues. Our current focus is developing and scaling a SaaS product designed to help monitor and troubleshoot internet connections for remote workers and companies. You’ll be an excellent addition if you can make vision a reality, channel your inner customer to make decisions, and want to work on a team that prioritizes relationships & discussion over process & policy. This full-time position is in our BoDo Boise office with possibility for occasional remote days. Diverse applicants are encouraged to apply!

What we use:

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Bootstrap
• Backend: C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, EF Core
• Data: Postgres, SQL Server, SQLite, other Cloud Services.
• Desktop & mobile application: WPF, Xamarin (macOS and iOS)

Looking for experience in some of these areas:

• TypeScript, React, Bootstrap
• Product-led growth strategies
• Strong UI/UX instincts and attention to detail
• Combining diverse technologies to build solutions
• Business & product development acumen
• 2+ years professional development
• User-centric design and advocacy for customer needs
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Platform-native UI development

• Design with users in mind

Full-time, Boise office with flexible remote days. $75-100k.
