We are growing our Information Systems team and looking for collaborative individuals that thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

We are seeking to fill the following in-office (not remote) positions in Encino, CA:

• JUNIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
• MID-LEVEL SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, efficient, and secure backend services using .Net Framework/.Net Core
• Update and refactor existing backend workflows to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Develop new features and APIs to support business growth and expansion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with frontend applications and third-party systems
• Build and optimize a secure Website for evolving business needs - including: Core product pages, microsites, digital galleries, and interactive web experiences.
• Update web content and multimedia with a strong emphasis on visual design
• Good UX/UI design skills for product sites, landing pages, and interactive web experiences.
• Provide continued support for one or more web properties.
• Integrate website with other computer applications.
• Implement automated testing, logging, and monitoring to ensure high-quality services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues from users input
• Develop responsive, scalable, and secure applications with a focus on user experience
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Junior Developer: 1-2 years of experience in full-stack software development
• Mid-Level Developer: 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development
• Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, C# and SQL
• Proficiency in Frameworks like React/Angular, .Net Framework/.Net Core
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner
• Proficiency in Git source control

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. (required)

PAY RANGE:

• Junior Developer: $80,000 to $90,000 per year
• Mid-Level Developer: $105,000 to $115,000 per year

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
