Responsibilities:

• 90% of work is completed on-site at our customer's facility.
• Provide IT Infrastructure field support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues to the satisfaction of the end-user.
• Install, troubleshoot, and fix desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals hardware problems as well as desktop applications.
• Troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skills.
• Handle other engineers escalations
• Project work with servers firewalls, etc.
• Multitask and work with various deadlines.
• Complete tasks on-time.
• Function in stressful environments & situations.

Requirements:

• Three to four years minimum of experience implementing and maintaining the 110 security controls, focusing on protecting CUI through strong access controls, incident response planning, media protection, system monitoring, configuration management, and security training.
• Strong knowledge of business LAN and WAN setups, TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
• Skilled in desktop support and PC break/fix including administration of Windows OS, including Windows Server OS.
• Experience with anti-malware and anti-virus software.
• Strong experience with hypervisors, including Hyper-V and VM Ware.
• Good written and oral communication skills with clients and management as well as people skills.
• Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50lbs.
• Required skills: multi-task, desktop support, server support, malware removal, networking, active directory, exchange, ERP, help desk, and organized.
• You must have reliable transportation. Client sites are located throughout the Chicago suburbs.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000 per year

• VMware: 3 years (Preferred)
• CMMC: 5 years (Required)
