Riverside Casino and Golf Resort

The Steward is responsible for the cleanliness of all our restaurant/kitchens. This position is also responsible for sanitation and washing of all kitchen equipment, appliances, hoods and more!
Essential Functions:

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Maintain a high level of cleaning and sanitation.
• Cleaning of all equipment and appliances in kitchens.
• Regular cleaning of satellite stations.

Required:*

• Must demonstrate good attendance.
• Be able to lift up and operate heavy pieces of equipment (40lbs or more).
• Perform all duties while standing, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling.
