Position Overview:
We are looking to add a hands-on DevOps Engineer to support and enhance our IT infrastructure, including Azure cloud services, ERP platforms, network systems, and cybersecurity tools. This role also includes IT support and help desk responsibilities, including assisting end users with hardware and software setup, maintenance, replacements, and troubleshooting across workstations, networks, and peripherals The engineer will also support Business Intelligence initiatives and contribute to system integration by developing APIs, automation scripts, and custom tooling using C#, Python, JavaScript, and related technologies, while maintaining cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Deliver remote desktop support to resolve technical issues efficiently across multiple locations and remote users.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory and Windows Server environments to ensure system stability and access control.
- Provide end-user support by managing the IT ticketing system across all company instances and coordinating with third-party vendors as necessary.
- Maintain and monitor Azure cloud infrastructure, focusing on performance, scalability and security.
- Configure, support, and maintain networking equipment (Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquiti, WatchGuard, Meraki)
- Oversee Cybersecurity EDR tools (ESET, Huntress) to ensure robust protection and threat response.
- Assist in the creation and upkeep of ERP system documentation, and provide user training and support
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards using Power BI to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Design and execute custom SQL queries to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Administer and maintain file servers, ensuring data integrity and high availability.
- Support and administer the phone system to maintain efficient organizational communication.
- Manage both on-premises and cloud-based backup solutions to support data recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Perform IT onboarding and offboarding tasks, including provisioning new user devices, decommissioning outdated hardware
- Support users with hardware and software setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA preferred.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms, technologies, and skills.
- Strong commitment to organizational goals and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
- Proven excellent work ethic and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Occasional travel may be required to support remote locations or attend company-related activities
