Job Title: DevOps Engineer - Atrium Orchestrator & Ansible

Location: Jersey City, NJ – 3 days a week

We’re seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to drive intelligent workflow design and scalable automation across enterprise IT environments. This role is ideal for a technologist who thrives on solving complex problems, streamlining operations, and building resilient systems that support mission-critical infrastructure.

Core Technical Skills

You’ll be the go-to expert for:

• BMC Truesight Orchestration (Atrium Orchestrator):

Designing and deploying advanced workflows and adapters (Remedy, REST, SOAP, SSH, Python) to automate IT operations.

• Ansible Automation:

Building and managing playbooks, roles, and dynamic inventories in YAML to support configuration management and deployment pipelines.

• CI/CD Integration:

Leveraging tools like Jira, Jenkins, and Bitbucket to enable seamless development workflows and release cycles.

• Scripting Mastery:

Writing clean, efficient scripts in Python, Shell, and PowerShell to automate tasks and enhance system performance.

• ITIL Framework Fluency:

Applying best practices across Incident, Change, and Problem Management to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
