New Conveyor Dish Machine. Handles over 200+ racks per hour , no getting backed up. Must be able to work alone and in a group setting. We Close @ 9:00 P.M. Sun-Thurs ,10:00pm Fri & Sat. As a Dish Machine Operator (DMO), you will be essential in maintaining a clean and efficient dish area. Your core responsibility will be to operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all kitchenware is sanitized and ready for use. • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are properly cleaned and sanitized.
