Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. You will utilize your communication skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Utilize strong phone etiquette to manage calls professionally and courteously.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when required.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
• Assist in training new staff on customer support processes and best practices.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English is required; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Previous experience in an office or customer support environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with computer systems and the ability to type efficiently while navigating multiple applications.
• Experience with cash handling is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to analyze situations critically and provide effective solutions under pressure.
• A positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to assist customers in a friendly manner.

Pay: $18.90 - $20.94 per hour
