Job Title: Subject Matter Expert - UX/Product Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a product-oriented and design-savvy UX/Product Designer to work on blockchain-integrated learning experiences, with a focus on the Solana ecosystem. This role is ideal for designers who are passionate about intuitive user experiences, emerging Web3 technologies, and building modern interfaces using industry-standard tools such as Figma.

As part of our Design & Product team, you’ll collaborate with developers, educators, and researchers to translate Solana’s architecture and tooling into interactive, engaging, and user-centered learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design responsive, user-centered wireframes and prototypes for Solana-related educational experiences.
• Create design systems, UI patterns, and reusable components that align with product and instructional goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs based on real feedback.
• Translate complex blockchain concepts (e.g., proof-of-history, smart contracts in Rust) into intuitive user journeys.
• Collaborate closely with course developers, blockchain engineers, and subject matter experts to deliver seamless learning experiences.
• Use Figma to produce pixel-perfect design specs and handoff assets to development.
• Maintain design documentation and participate in sprint planning and reviews.

Desired Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in UX or Product Design, preferably in the edtech or technology sectors.
• Strong command of Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and design tokens.
• Experience designing for technical or developer-focused audiences.
• Familiarity with blockchain environments; understanding of Solana's architecture is a major plus.
• Demonstrated ability to convert abstract requirements into intuitive and elegant solutions.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
