Description
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct trade study and analysis of alternatives for end-of-life peer review product
• Lead a cross functional team to prototype solution and gain stakeholder buy-in
• Productionize replacement for end-of-life tool
• Define and migrate existing teams to the tool

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline AND 14 years of related professional/military experience in Software Engineering to include a background in the agile development lifecycle, OR a Master"s degree AND 12 years of related professional/military experience in Software Engineering to include a background in agile development lifecycle, OR a Ph.D. AND 9 years of related professional/military experience in Software Engineering to include a background in agile development lifecycle
• Must have experience with peer review tools such as Atlassian Crucible
• Must have experience with at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Python, Swift) and software development lifecycle
• Must have experience with one of the following change management tracking system tools: Jira, ClearQuest, Asana
• Must have experience with one of the following continues integration tools: Bamboo, Jenkins, Gitlab, Bamboo
• Must have experience with one of the following configuration management systems: GIT, GitLab, Bitbucket, Subversion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification with cloud technology (AWS, VMWare, Azure, Kubernetes) at the architect level
• Experience with using AI to improve peer review quality
• Experience with architecting cloud solution
• Active Secret DoD Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance
• Current Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
