Digital Marketing Specialist | Marketing Department
EMPLOYMENT TYPE | Full-Time
LOCATION | In-office (Miami, FL), standard building environment, minimum 40-hour work week.

As our company continues to evolve, we are excited to expand our Marketing Department with the addition of an experienced, full-time Digital Marketing Specialist at our headquarters in Miami, Florida.
The Digital Media Strategist & Community Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. A key component of this role includes leading efforts to revamp and maintain the company website while fostering authentic relationships with our online community. This position combines strategic thinking, creativity, and community-focused skills to enhance our digital presence across social media, online forums, and community platforms.
JOB DESCRIPTION | Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development & Execution:- Design and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy across all platforms, with a strong focus on website redevelopment, optimization, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with web developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the website reflects the brand identity and offers a seamless user experience.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data analytics, reporting regularly on KPIs and adjusting as needed.
- Develop and execute a content calendar that integrates website updates, social media posts, articles, videos, and other digital media content.

Website Redevelopment & Coordination:
- Oversee the redesign and optimization of the company website, ensuring alignment with brand goals and user needs.
- Coordinate updates, monitor site performance, and implement strategies for SEO and user engagement.
- Ensure content on the website is regularly updated, visually appealing, and functional across devices.

Community Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our online community, fostering a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
- Manage daily interactions with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor conversations about the brand, identifying trends, potential crises, and opportunities for engagement.
- Engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to strengthen community relationships.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and report on website analytics, social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign outcomes.
- Use insights from analytics tools to inform strategy, optimize content, and improve website functionality.

Brand Advocacy:
- Maintain an authentic and consistent brand voice across all digital channels, including the website.
- Stay current on social media, website design, and digital marketing trends, sharing relevant insights with the team to keep the brand innovative and ahead of industry trends.
QUALIFICATIONS | Looking for candidates with the following skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital media strategy, website management, social media management, or community management.
- Strong understanding of website development and management, including UX/UI principles and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Planoly, SEMrush).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with content creation (graphic design, basic video editing) is a plus.
