Job description

OMI Group is actively hiring a Customer Support Team Member in the Pittsburgh area to support our growing client base and ongoing expansion across the telecommunications and service industries. This is a full-time opportunity designed for individuals ready to take ownership of the customer experience while learning how to navigate high-level business and sales functions.

As a Customer Support Team Member, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers. You’ll assist with product questions, help with customer service needs, and ensure that every sales interaction reflects OMI Group’s commitment to excellence. You’ll be empowered to resolve sales issues, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Assisting customers with sales service updates, enrollments, product questions, and billing inquiries
  • Promoting additional products and services through consultative sales strategies
  • Managing and updating customer records accurately to support sales team reporting and compliance
  • Collaborating with the sales team to support campaign goals and share customer feedback
  • Troubleshooting customer concerns quickly, maintaining professionalism and solution-focused sales communication
  • Participating in daily team meetings, sales performance check-ins, and service enhancement planning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
