We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer for a 4-month contract. This role primarily supports a client-facing digital project and is largely remote.

Position Overview:
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to lead user interviews, conduct research, and translate findings into actionable insights. Your work will inform key design decisions and help define product requirements through tools like persona mapping and customer journey mapping.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and discovery sessions to gather insights
• Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Create interactive prototypes focused on customer onboarding and in-system interactions
• Apply best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design
• Present and iterate on design concepts based on stakeholder and user feedback
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to guide design implementation

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in both UX and UI design
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, user-friendly designs

While Philadelphia-based candidates are preferred, remote candidates located on the East Coast will also be considered.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
