Broad Street Valuations, Inc is a growing and well positioned National Appraisal Management Company located in Holly, Michigan. We provide residential real estate appraisals in all areas of all 50 states primarily for the mortgage and banking industry by utilizing certified appraisers as independent contractors in each local market.

Broad Street Valuations, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Quality Control Specialist on the operations team. It is an active job requiring someone with a positive attitude, a high level of urgency, and excellent problem solving skills. No previous industry or Real Estate experience is required. Successful candidates will project a professional image while interfacing with lenders, borrowers, and appraisers to facilitate the appraisal management process. This position will require strict attention to detail while reviewing real estate appraisals for completeness and consistency following existing processes and procedures. Additionally, there is telephone and email communication with appraisers and lenders to ensure efficient delivery of completed appraisal reports.

Initial training will require 3 months full time in office with the potential to shift to full time remote work.

The available shift is Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm (with a 1 hour lunch), a starting wage of $18 to $20 per hour (plus overtime when necessary).
